Lucy Shipley is an archaeologist, a feminist, and writer. She received her PhD from the University of Southampton in 2014. Her thesis was about making Etruscan pottery exciting. Really.
Lucy is in the final stages of editing her second book, temporarily subtitled as “why you should give a damn about the Etruscans.” It is due to be published in late 2016.
She lives in Devon with her husband and 1 year old daughter Silvia, but a large amount of the time would rather be in Italy. With them, obviously.
